New Elhuda Plast receives business enquiries through this website so that prospective customers can request packaging information, technical follow-up, and quotations.

Depending on the form and details you choose to provide, we may collect:

• Country and city where those fields are completed.
• Product requirements, intended packed product, dimensions, specifications, and quantity.
• Material, thickness, printing, artwork, packing, export, and shipping information.
• Your message and any optional artwork, product image, sample, or related file.
• Submission references and limited technical anti-abuse information used to detect spam, duplicate requests, or security incidents.

• Review quotation and packaging requests.
• Contact the customer and prepare technical or commercial follow-up.

Transactional email delivery for website enquiries is handled through Resend so that the factory team can receive and respond to submitted requests.

File uploads are optional and may be stored through Cloudinary. They are used to review the quotation request and related packaging requirements.

Submitted enquiry data may be recorded in a private operational spreadsheet used by the business to process requests and maintain enquiry records.

We do not sell information submitted through the enquiry forms.
