Company Story
New Elhuda Plast was founded in 2016, building on the earlier Elhuda Plast experience. It started with clear plastic bags, supermarket bags, and simple printing work.
The company later added a 6-color central printing press, solventless lamination, film extrusion, slitting, and two cutting and bag-making machines.
This wider production setup lets the team match the film, print, roll width, and bag format to the customer's product and packing method.
Built on packaging experience that began in 2009, New Elhuda Plast helps customers choose suitable specifications, avoid costly mistakes, and maintain consistent results across repeat orders.
Our Equipment
From film production to printing, lamination, slitting, and bag making, each stage supports the final packaging specification agreed with the customer.
Stage 01
Plastic film is produced according to the required width, thickness, and structure before printing, lamination, or bag making.
Stage 02
Approved artwork, branding, and product information can be printed on suitable film in up to six colors.
Stage 03
Two or more film layers can be bonded to combine properties such as print protection, sealing, stiffness, and barrier performance.
Stage 04
Large film rolls are divided into the widths required for filling lines, roll supply, or later bag conversion.
Stage 05
Printed or laminated film is cut and sealed into the approved bag format and dimensions.

Engineer Mohamed Ahmed Mohamed Abdullah founded New Elhuda Plast in 2016 and led its development from basic plastic bags into printing, lamination, film production, roll conversion, and bag making.
